12 Week Detailed Workout Plan - $350
Includes exercises (with demonstrative pictures), set & repetition scheme, access to me via email for any questions you may have, and 1 session every 4 weeks to make sure you are on track. This allows you to have guided workouts on your own that change from workout to workout in order to avoid plateuing.
12 Week Detailed Diet Plan - $350
Not just simple macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein, fat)
breakdown, but a specific and individualized 6
meal/day diet plan that changes from week to week.
Includes initial nutritional consultation, bi-weekly updates,
and access to me via email for any questions you may have
along the way.
30 Minute Nutritional Consultation - $70

Can you train with us between the hours of 9am and 5pm? Receive a discount of 15% off any training package if you train between those hours Monday thru Friday.
